Eventixa Pro includes a dedicated Reports area for reviewing booking activity, attendee registrations, ticket usage, attendance, check-ins, capacity, payment workflow data, coupons, and other operational event information.
The Reports screen combines summary metrics, detailed tables, flexible filters, operational breakdowns, and CSV/PDF export tools in one place.
Available in: Eventixa Pro
Admin Location: Eventixa → Reports
Report Sections: Overview, Bookings, Attendees, Operational Reports, Exports
Open Eventixa Reports
From the WordPress dashboard, go to Eventixa → Reports.
The Reports page opens on the Overview tab by default.
At the top of the page, you can access the report date range, Refresh button, report navigation tabs, and date-range controls.
Reports Sections
Eventixa Reports is divided into five main sections:
- Overview — High-level booking, ticket, attendee, and check-in statistics.
- Bookings — Detailed booking records and payment-related information.
- Attendees — Individual attendee registrations and check-in information.
- Operational Reports — Aggregated reports for ticket activity, capacity, attendance, check-ins, coupons, booking statuses, and payment activity.
- Exports — Custom CSV exports for bookings, attendees, guest lists, and check-in lists.
Overview
The Overview tab provides high-level operational metrics for the selected period.
Current metrics include:
- Total Bookings
- Completed Bookings
- Pending Bookings
- Cancelled Bookings
- Refunded Bookings
- Total Tickets
- Total Attendees
- Checked-in Attendees
- Not Checked-in
- Check-in Rate
This gives administrators a quick snapshot of booking and attendance activity.
Understanding the Overview Date Range
The Overview date range is based on booking and attendee records created during the selected period, not on the scheduled event date.
For example, selecting Last 30 days analyzes relevant booking and attendee records created during those 30 days.
An event taking place next year can therefore still contribute to the Overview if its booking or attendee registration was created during the selected reporting period.
Total Bookings
Total Bookings represents booking records created during the selected reporting period.
The additional Overview cards separate important booking statuses so you can understand the current state of those records.
Completed Bookings
Completed Bookings shows bookings whose current booking status is Completed within the selected reporting dataset.
Pending Bookings
Pending Bookings shows bookings whose current status is Pending.
This is useful for identifying booking records that have not yet reached completion.
Cancelled Bookings
Cancelled Bookings shows booking records currently marked Cancelled within the selected reporting dataset.
Refunded Bookings
Refunded Bookings shows booking records currently marked Refunded within the selected reporting dataset.
Total Tickets
Total Tickets is calculated from ticket quantities belonging to eligible bookings created during the selected reporting period.
Bookings with statuses such as Cancelled, Failed, Expired, or Refunded are excluded from the active ticket quantity calculation.
Total Attendees
Total Attendees counts active attendee registrations created during the selected period.
Cancelled and refunded attendee records are excluded from the active attendee count.
Checked-in Attendees
Checked-in Attendees counts active attendees whose current check-in state indicates that they have been checked in.
Not Checked-in
Not Checked-in represents active attendees who have not been checked in.
This lets you quickly compare registrations with actual attendance.
Check-in Rate
Check-in Rate shows the percentage of active attendees who have checked in.
Conceptually, Eventixa calculates:
Checked-in attendees Ă· Total active attendees Ă— 100
For example, if an event has 100 active attendees and 80 have checked in, the check-in rate is 80%.
Revenue Is Not Included in the Overview
The current Eventixa Reports Overview is focused on operational event activity and does not calculate aggregated revenue.
Use the Overview for booking counts, ticket counts, attendee counts, and check-in activity rather than financial revenue totals.
Booking-level monetary information can still be available in detailed booking reports and exports.
Bookings Report
Open the Bookings tab to inspect individual booking records.
The Bookings Report provides detailed booking information rather than only summary statistics.
Current columns can include:
- Booking Number
- Booking Date
- Event
- Occurrence Date
- Customer Name
- Customer Email
- Customer Phone
- Ticket(s)
- Quantity
- Coupon
- Booking Status
- Payment Status
- Payment Method
- Transaction ID
Additional columns can also be provided by Eventixa integrations.
Open a Booking from Reports
The Booking Number can link to the associated Eventixa booking.
This lets you move directly from report analysis to the complete booking record when you need to investigate a particular transaction or registration.
Booking Filters
The Bookings Report supports filters for booking created date, event, occurrence, ticket, registration type, RSVP response, booking status, payment status, payment method, coupon code, and customer or booking search.
The occurrence and ticket controls become relevant after an event is selected.
Registration Type
The Bookings Report can separate Standard and RSVP registrations.
This is useful when an event supports multiple registration workflows.
RSVP Response
For RSVP registrations, you can filter bookings using the current response, including Going and Not Going.
Customer or Booking Search
The Customer or booking search lets you find records using information such as customer name, email address, or booking number.
WooCommerce Booking Information
When Eventixa uses WooCommerce checkout, the Reports integration can add WooCommerce order information to booking reports.
This can include:
- Subtotal
- Discount
- Tax
- Final Total
- WooCommerce Gateway
- WooCommerce Order
- Transaction information
- Currency
These are booking-level financial fields. They do not create a dedicated aggregated revenue report.
Attendees Report
Open the Attendees tab to analyze individual attendee registrations.
The Attendees Report includes summary metrics, detailed attendee records, check-in information, booking information, and configured attendee fields.
Attendee Summary Metrics
The top of the Attendees Report displays Total Attendees, Checked-in, Not Checked-in, and Check-in Rate.
These values update according to the active attendee report filters.
Attendee Report Columns
Current attendee report columns can include:
- Attendee Name
- Attendee Email
- Event
- Occurrence Date
- Ticket
- Booking Number
- Booking Customer
- Attendee Status
- Checked-in
- Checked-in At
- Checked-in By
- Checked-out At
- Seat
- Registration Date
Configured attendee registration fields can also become additional report columns.
Attendee Filters
The Attendees Report supports filters for registration date, event, occurrence, ticket, registration type, RSVP response, attendee status, check-in status, booking status, payment status, check-in date range, and attendee or booking search.
Check-In Status Filter
The Attendees Report can be filtered by Checked-in or Not checked-in.
This is useful when preparing event entrance lists or reviewing attendance after an event.
Check-In Date Range
The attendee report provides Check-in from and Check-in to filters so you can narrow records according to check-in activity during a particular period.
Operational Reports
The Operational Reports tab provides predefined reports for specific operational questions.
Current report types include:
- Ticket Sales Count
- Ticket Capacity
- Event Attendance
- Occurrence Attendance
- Check-in Performance
- No-show Report
- Coupon Usage
- Booking Status Breakdown
- Payment Status Breakdown
- Payment Method Breakdown
Ticket Sales Count
The Ticket Sales Count report shows ticket registration counts.
Despite its name, this is a count-based report and does not calculate ticket revenue.
Ticket Capacity
The Ticket Capacity report provides a current inventory snapshot containing Ticket, Event, Capacity, Registered, Remaining, and Utilization information.
The selected date range does not alter these current capacity values.
Event Attendance
The Event Attendance report compares active registrations with attendee check-ins for events in the selected event-date period.
It can show Registered, Checked-in, Not Checked-in, and Check-in Rate.
Occurrence Attendance
The Occurrence Attendance report provides attendance statistics for individual recurring-event occurrences.
This allows you to compare registration and attendance performance across different dates in the same recurring series.
Check-In Performance
The Check-in Performance report shows registration and check-in results for relevant event or occurrence activity, including Registered, Checked-in, Not Checked-in, and Check-in Rate.
No-show Report
The No-show Report helps identify active registrations that were not checked in for the relevant event or occurrence.
Cancelled and refunded attendees are not treated as active no-show registrations.
Coupon Usage
The Coupon Usage report provides a booking-based breakdown of coupon activity, including the coupon value/code, number of bookings, and number of tickets.
Booking Status Breakdown
The Booking Status Breakdown report groups booking activity by booking status and shows booking and ticket counts for each status value.
Payment Status Breakdown
The Payment Status Breakdown report groups bookings by payment status and shows the number of bookings and tickets associated with each payment state.
Payment Method Breakdown
The Payment Method Breakdown report groups booking activity by payment method.
Depending on your Eventixa configuration and report data, payment methods may include PayPal, Stripe, Local / Offline, WooCommerce, or other supported methods.
Operational Report Filters
Operational Reports can be filtered by Date Range, Report Type, Organizer, Event, Occurrence, and Ticket.
Selecting an Organizer can also narrow the events available in the Event filter.
Date Range Does Not Mean the Same Thing Everywhere
One of the most important parts of using Eventixa Reports is understanding that the Date Range changes meaning according to the selected report.
Always interpret the report according to the data type it analyzes.
Bookings Use Booking Created Date
The Bookings report filters according to when the booking record was created, not when the event itself takes place.
Attendees Use Registration Date
The Attendees report filters according to when the attendee registration record was created.
Attendance Reports Use Event or Occurrence Date
Event Attendance, Occurrence Attendance, Check-in Performance, and No-show Report use the relevant event or occurrence date.
An attendee can therefore appear in an attendance report even if they registered outside the selected reporting period.
Ticket Capacity Uses Current Inventory
Ticket Capacity is a current snapshot.
The selected Date Range does not change Capacity, Registered, Remaining, or Utilization values.
Other Operational Reports Use Activity Dates
Coupon Usage, Booking Status Breakdown, Payment Status Breakdown, and Payment Method Breakdown use booking creation dates.
Ticket Sales Count uses registration activity dates.
Date Range Presets
Eventixa provides the following reporting date presets:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- This month
- Last month
- This year
- Custom range
The default range is Last 30 days.
Custom Date Range
Select Custom range when you want to provide a specific Start Date and End Date.
This is useful for monthly reports, conference periods, event seasons, or internal reporting periods.
Apply Filters
After choosing your report filters, apply them to refresh the dataset.
The results then represent the selected report type and filter combination.
Refresh Reports
The Reports header includes Refresh, which reloads the current report using the latest available Eventixa data.
Visible Columns
The Bookings and Attendees sections include a Columns control.
Use it to show or hide table columns according to the information you need to review.
For example, you can hide payment-related columns when preparing an attendance-focused view.
Export Current View
Bookings and Attendees can provide Export Current View for users with the required export permissions.
This exports the records represented by the current report page.
Export All Filtered
Use Export All Filtered when you want all records matching the current filters rather than only those visible on the current page.
Large exports can be processed in the background.
PDF Export
Bookings, Attendees, and eligible Operational Reports can provide PDF Export.
The generated PDF presents the selected report data in a table-style document.
CSV Export
Eligible Operational Reports provide Export CSV when the current user has the appropriate export capability.
Exports Tab
Open the Exports tab when you need a more customizable CSV export workflow.
Current export types include:
- Bookings
- Attendees
- Event Guest List
- Check-in List
Bookings Export
The Bookings export can include detailed information such as Booking ID, Booking Number, Booking Date, Booking Time, Event, Occurrence, Tickets, Quantity, Customer details, Coupon, Subtotal, Discount, Final Total, Currency, Booking Status, Payment Status, Payment Method, Transaction ID, External Payment ID, and Booking Notes.
WooCommerce integrations can add additional order-related fields.
Attendees Export
The Attendees export can include Attendee ID, Registration Date, Registration Time, Attendee Name, Attendee Email, booking details, Event, Occurrence, Ticket, Attendee Status, check-in information, check-out information, Seat, Attendee Notes, and configured attendee fields.
Event Guest List Export
The Event Guest List export provides a simplified attendee-oriented dataset focused on fields such as Attendee Name, Attendee Email, Booking Number, Booking Customer, Event, Occurrence, Ticket, Attendee Status, and Seat.
Check-In List Export
The Check-in List export focuses on event entrance and attendance information, including Attendee Name, Attendee Email, Booking Number, Event, Occurrence, Ticket, Attendee Status, Checked-in, Checked-in At, Checked-in By, Checked-out At, and Seat.
Export Scope
The Exports workflow allows you to choose between All filtered results and Current report page.
This controls whether the export contains the complete filtered dataset or only the currently displayed page.
Choose Export Columns
Before generating an export, select which columns should be included.
Eventixa provides Select all and Select none controls to make column selection easier.
Preview Export
Select Preview Export before generating a CSV.
The preview shows the matching row count, export type, and the first 20 matching rows so you can verify the data before creating the final file.
Background Exports
Larger exports can be generated securely in the background.
These jobs appear under Export History.
Export History
Export History displays information including Type, Status, Rows, Created, Expires, and Actions.
Completed files can be downloaded from this screen.
Export Expiration
Generated background report exports expire automatically after 48 hours.
This prevents temporary report files from remaining on the server indefinitely.
Delete an Export
Use Delete in Export History when you want to remove a generated report before its automatic expiration.
Report Permissions
Eventixa Pro uses separate reporting capabilities for viewing reports, exporting booking information, exporting attendee information, and managing report exports.
This allows report access to be controlled independently when WordPress roles and permissions are customized.
WooCommerce Reports Integration
When WooCommerce checkout is active, Eventixa can use WooCommerce order information within booking reporting.
Available fields can include Subtotal, Discount, Tax, Final Total, Coupon Codes, WooCommerce Gateway, WooCommerce Order, Transaction ID, and Currency.
Failed and Refunded WooCommerce Bookings
Eventixa’s WooCommerce integration includes a setting that controls whether failed/refunded WooCommerce bookings are counted in applicable reports.
Configure this according to how you want WooCommerce booking activity represented.
Reports Are Operational, Not Accounting Reports
The current Eventixa Reports module is designed primarily for event operations.
It focuses on registrations, bookings, tickets, capacity, attendance, check-ins, booking/payment statuses, payment methods, coupons, and exportable booking information.
It does not currently provide a dedicated aggregated revenue-report screen.
For formal accounting or WooCommerce financial analysis, use the appropriate payment platform or WooCommerce reporting tools alongside Eventixa.

Common Problems
Report Shows Different Numbers Than Expected
Check what the selected Date Range represents for the current report.
For example, Bookings use booking creation date while attendance reports use event or occurrence date.
Ticket Capacity Does Not Change When I Change the Date Range
This is expected because Ticket Capacity is a current inventory snapshot rather than a historical date-based report.
Overview Does Not Show Revenue
This is expected in the current Reports implementation because the Overview does not calculate aggregated revenue.
Event Attendance Includes Registrations Created Outside the Selected Range
This can be expected because Event Attendance uses the event or occurrence date rather than the registration creation date.
Cancelled or Refunded Attendees Are Missing from Attendance Metrics
This is expected because Eventixa excludes cancelled and refunded attendees from active registration counts used by operational attendance reports.
Export Button Is Missing
The current WordPress user may not have the Eventixa export capability required for that report.
Occurrence Filter Is Missing
Select a recurring event first. The Occurrence filter appears when the selected event has relevant occurrences.
Ticket Filter Is Missing
Select an event first so Eventixa can load tickets associated with that event.
No Matching Data Appears
Try expanding the Date Range, resetting filters, checking the report’s date semantics, and confirming that the correct event or occurrence is selected.
