Every booking created in Eventixa contains a dedicated Booking Details page that provides a complete overview of the registration. It brings together customer information, event details, tickets, attendees, payment information, booking history, and administrative actions in a single location.
The Booking Details page enables event organizers to review registrations, verify attendee information, manage booking statuses, and track the complete lifecycle of each booking.
Opening a Booking
To view a booking:
- Navigate to Tickets → Bookings.
- Locate the booking using the search or filters.
- Click the Booking Number.
The Booking Details page opens with all information related to that registration.
Booking Overview
The top section provides a summary of the booking.

- Booking Status

For recurring events, the booking also displays the selected occurrence date, ensuring you can identify the exact event instance the attendee registered for.
Ticket Information
The Ticket Information section lists all tickets included in the booking.

- Quantity
- Unit Price
- Line Total
Multiple ticket types purchased in the same booking are displayed together.
Attendee Information
Each booking contains the attendees associated with the purchased tickets or RSVP registrations.
