Customer Emails are automatic notifications sent to attendees throughout the booking lifecycle. They keep customers informed about their registration, payment, booking status, and any important changes related to their event booking.
Eventixa automatically sends the appropriate email when a booking event occurs, eliminating the need for manual communication and ensuring customers receive timely updates.
Each customer email can be individually enabled, customized, and managed from the Email settings.
