The Attendees section allows event organizers to manage every person registered for an event. Whether attendees register through a paid ticket or an RSVP registration, Eventixa automatically creates an attendee record containing their registration details, ticket information, booking reference, and event information.
The Attendees area provides a centralized view of all registered participants, making it easy to review registrations, verify attendee information, and manage event attendance.

Check-In Status (Pro)

Each attendee displays one of the following:
- Not Checked In
- Checked In
Check-in status can be updated using the built-in QR Check-In system or manual check-in tools available in Eventixa Pro.
Relationship Between Bookings and Attendees
Every attendee is linked to a booking.
For example:
Booking
│
├── Attendee 1
├── Attendee 2
└── Attendee 3
A single booking may contain multiple attendees when multiple tickets are purchased.
This relationship allows organizers to move seamlessly between booking management and attendee management.
Recurring Event Attendees
For recurring events, attendees are registered for the selected occurrence rather than the event series.
The attendee record displays the occurrence date, ensuring organizers know exactly which event instance the attendee is scheduled to attend.
Best Practices
- Review attendee registrations before the event to ensure all required information has been collected.
- Use search and filters to quickly locate attendees during check-in or event support.
- Verify custom attendee information for special requirements such as dietary needs or accessibility requests.
- Keep attendee notes updated with important event-day information.
- For recurring events, always verify the occurrence date before communicating with attendees.
Tips
- Every successful ticket purchase or RSVP registration automatically creates an attendee record.
- Attendee records remain linked to their original booking, allowing organizers to quickly access payment and registration details.
- Custom attendee information collected during registration is stored with the attendee profile for easy reference.
- Eventixa Pro enhances attendee management with QR ticket scanning, manual check-in, attendance tracking, and advanced reporting, making on-site event management faster and more efficient.
