- Enable Require Completed / Confirmed Booking to prevent incomplete registrations from entering the event.
- Customize your ticket branding using a header image and additional content before publishing live events.
- Limit Check-In access to authorized event staff only.
Tips
- Most organizations use both QR scanning and manual ticket lookup, ensuring attendees can still be checked in if a QR code cannot be scanned.
- Ticket branding settings, such as the header image and additional content, are applied automatically to all newly generated PDF tickets.
- The Check-In settings work seamlessly with QR Tickets, Ticket Validation, Bookings, and Attendees, creating a complete event entry workflow.
- After changing any ticket or check-in settings, generate a test booking and verify the ticket layout, email delivery, and check-in process before your event goes live.
